WINDOW REPLACEMENT PROJECT-2nd phase
We have tentative plans to continue the second phase of the window project starting mid June 2019 this project is estimated to be a 6-8 week project. (weather permitting)
The second phase consists of finishing the additional sliding glass doors in all oceanfront C & D units and also the 8B & 8C units.
The back bedroom (3rd bedroom) in the 8B & 8C units and the middle bedroom in the C & D units (2nd-7th Floors) will have a barrier wall installed. The purpose of this barrier wall is to block dust and debris from getting into the unit, however, this will leave that unit feeling very dark, but still usable.
The windows on the 1st floor will also be replaced with Storm Surge resistant windows.
There may be drilling noise heard throughout the whole building, but only during working hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause you during your stay with us.
If you have any questions or concerns with this project feel free to reach out to myself or
Rick Nicholas, Facilities Manager/Board President.
We look forward to seeing you again soon!

The race once known as the Firecracker 400 is on the move. Daytona International Speedway’s NASCAR Cup Series summer race was part of a mass shuffling of the 2020 schedule. The Coke Zero Sugar 400, which the Speedway has always hosted on July 4 or the Fourth of July weekend since the Speedway opened in 1959, will be moved to Aug. 29 next year. Daytona will now open and close the 2020 Cup Series regular season.
Please mark your calendars 2020 week 35 will now be a Race week.
